How do I clean my jewelry?

To care for your fine jewelry, we recommend the following cleaning tips:

  1. To clean and polish silver jewelry, apply a small amount of Turtle Wax Clean Finish Polishing Compound onto a microfiber cloth and gently rub the metal. Avoid wiping the gemstones directly. After cleaning, place the jewelry in a bowl of lukewarm water for 10 minutes to rinse off the compound, then pat dry. 
  2. For gold jewelry, mix a small amount of Dawn dish detergent with warm water and add a few drops of ammonia. Use a soft toothbrush to carefully brush the jewelry and rinse with lukewarm water. Remember to be gentle, as gold is a soft metal.
  3. To keep your gemstones clean, gently wipe them daily with a soft, lint-free cloth. You can also use a toothpick or soft brush to remove any dirt or grime stuck in the setting. For a deeper clean, use warm water and mild dish detergent, being careful not to use hot water or abrasive chemicals. After cleaning, rinse your jewelry and pat it dry.

When you're not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratching and tangling.

How long is my quote valid?

A quote is valid for 2 weeks (14 days) due to the fluctuating nature of gold prices and other materials. After this period, pricing may change.

How does payment work for custom orders?

We require a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due when the ring is completed and ready to ship.

How long does it take to make a custom piece?

It depends on the specific piece, but typically, small to medium-sized items take about 3-4 weeks to complete.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, all sales are final, and deposits are non-refundable. For ready-to-wear pieces, we offer a 90-day exchange window from the date of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that all shipping fees and additional services are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped, shows signs of wear, or does not meet our quality standards. Do you offer warranty for your products?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of all our jewelry with a comprehensive lifetime guarantee. Our warranty covers both ready-to-wear and custom-made items. Ready-to-wear pieces include cleaning, ring sizing, rhodium plating, polishing, tightening of loose stones, and replacement of missing side stones at no cost.
